Annick accumulated more than 15 years of experience with Mount Royal Commemorative Services as a family service counsellor. After working in MRCS funeral homes across the island, she is now happy to bring her experience to bear at Belvedere Cemetery and Funeral Complex. She has a magnetic presence and loves to welcome visitors and listen to their stories. She is passionate about human contact.
For more than 20 years, Eric, our funeral director and thanatologist, has been as involved in the community as he is with families. He offers his consulting services to hospitals and education institutions and deals with subjects such as bereavement through perinatal loss and suicide. He is a member of the Le Tournant resource for troubled youth, the AQPS suicide prevention association, the Optimist Club and the Knights of Columbus. He's also been a talented improv actor for over 30 years!
Previously in the restaurant business, Philippe was looking for a job where he could make a difference in people's lives. It was this desire to help others that led him to become a funeral director. A very sociable person who loves contact with people, Philippe also loves sports, travel, scuba diving and motorcycles.
Our administrator Charles is often the first person you talk to when you call and the first person you see when you come in the building. A great music lover, Charles is also a very welcoming, generous person who is devoted to serving families.
With over 25 years of experience in customer service and management, Charles has developed essential skills in the funeral field over the years, such as listening, discipline and attention to detail. He has lived in the West Island for almost a decade and feels privileged to be able to serve the families of this region at such important moments in their lives. He is happy to be part of a team of compassionate and professional colleagues who are committed to providing you with personalized services.
The manager of our Complex, Cynthia, is also a thanatologist who has worked for Mount Royal Commemorative Services for more than 20 years. Her invaluable experience, acquired in all departments of the company’s four funeral homes, is now at the service of families. Cynthia is passionate about travel, and loves to discover other cultures, languages and foods from around the world.
